Her name hadn't even been mentioned in the other detectives notes. It didn't make any sense to Jackson.
“That's very helpful. I will definitely look into that. Is there anything else that you can think of that might be helpful in our investigation?”

Another very interesting note that Jackson quickly wrote down.
Has a record
After writing that down, he looks back up at Sherry and addresses her last comment.
“Yes, we are aware that she has a sister, but no one seems to be able to locate her either. All we could gather is that she likes to live off grid and away from civilization.”
Jackson looks past Sherry and notices that Chris has returned from the locker room. Time to wrap up this interview.
“But I would like to thank you for all your help. Please take my card and let me know if you think of anything else that might help with our investigation.”
Like with the Perry's, he hands Sherry a card and begins walking over to Chris, hoping he might have found something.

"Found anything?"
Chris hears his partner ask.
"Not much, just her gym shoes, and some of her workout clothes...not a lot to go on. Except for a few business cards and contacts written in a notebook"
Chris answers.
"But we can take her bag and let Barry look it over, maybe there's something inside I missed."

Jackson looked at the bag. He didn't see anything out of the ordinary, but it could quite possible have evidence that they couldn't see.
“Good idea. He might be able to find a trace of blood or something that can't be seen by the normal eye.”
The suspect could have tried to erase some evidence and put it back in the locker, hoping it wouldn't be inspected closer.
“What about the surveillance tapes? Any luck with getting those?”

He nodded.
"Yeah I have those. Maybe they will help us bring this matter to a close."
He takes the bag and bags up anything that was lying loosely in the locker.
"Well Barry is gonna have his work cut out for him...as well as us. I'll have to tell the wife I'll be late tonight."

“Hey if you need to head out early...”
Jackson looked down at his notes. He'd have to make a phone call to his girlfriend Harley as well, but they didn't have kids. Chris did. He had to miss them like crazy.
“I can always follow up on the leads we picked up here today if you want to head home for a few hours.”

Chris looked down at his watch.
"Let's go file what we have, and then we both can head home for a few hours of sleep. Gives you time with the girlfriend, for a good dinner, shower and sleep and gives me time for that and to see the kids for a little while. Gotta take time to clear our heads."
Chris said.
"That something you think we can pull off?"

The two of them had been working hard and hunting down every lead possible in the Jade West case. They were due a break. Maybe not a full night's sleep or anything, but at least long enough to grab some dinner and figure out where they needed to go from here. That would give Chris time to go home and spend a few hours with his kids and Jax could check in with his girl.
“You're right. We could always ask.”

"Yeah I'll call him."
Chris said as he opened his phone's lock screen and dials their boss. And after a few moments he hangs up and nods.
"Yeah he said for us to go get some rest, he wants us full functional and alert tomorrow to go over what we've learned here tonight and to continue our search. He did warn of possible double shifts this weekend though."
