Harley and Grace had both been invited to the baby shower, and after some talking it over..they decided they both would show up at least for a while. Both of them rode together in Harley's white Ford Focus. They started towards the door.
Harley: I hope this thing goes okay, really don't want any craziness today.
She knocked and waited for the door to be opened or for Grace to speak

Angel valentime I know but I want u two have some attention to it been 2 years since we seen each other I want ur prescense to be known as well,i know this is my time, your time and well being is inportand as well.oh u know I offered savanna the key to the mansion to run auto zone

Grace reached over and helped Angel pull the things that they had picked up for the baby out of the bag.
Grace Hunter: We didn't know if you were having a boy or a girl so we kept the whole basket very gender neutral so you could use it with either one. There are some onesies, bibs, wash cloths, a rattle, some socks, stuff like that. My favorite thing about it is the very soft, infant safe Elephant and Teddy Bear. One from each of us to the baby.

Grace Hunter: I wouldn't want to have my child on a holiday. That child's birthday is going to forever be overshadowed by the 4th of July. Think about it...they get old enough to go to school and invite their friends to their birthday party. Their friends aren't going to be able to come because they will have to spend the day with their families, celebrating the holiday and whatnot.
Grace shakes her head.
Grace Hunter: No, if my child's due date was on the 4th of July, I'd have them induce me early or later.

Angel Valentime I agree now that I think about it sherry is born on valentine day yet it kind of over shaowed by the holiday yet she happy.
Angel valentime baby valentime birthday hopefully be better on any day but a holiday that way it would be special and own special day,

Grace shrugs. She wasn't entirely convinced that they were understanding her point, but hey, it was their kid. Now Angel was talking about cribs. Grace had no clue about cribs. Were people even allowed to handcraft them anymore? Wasn't there some kind of strict standards that cribs had to pass.
Grace Hunter: Maybe. It could be a good idea, but you could probably go to a baby store and find a high quality one simpler than finding a craftsman who knows what they are doing to build one. Just my thoughts. What do you think Harley?
