crystal light is back at the restaurant she insinted on returning early in case grace and Harley come there looking for a job she stil not feeling well she sit at her desk takes a deep breath coughs a bit and takes drink of lemon water and begin to talk.
crystal light I don't care what anyone says this is going be my place of business im going be here to run it,my sisters want dessert me that their buisnesss fine we soppose be family.
she fills up some papers.on her desk and begin to talk again.
crystal light this Is my life hmm if Carmella was here she would not dessrt me hmm she be sitting back watch me do all the work but im only light here im going make it my life I may be raciest but nobody can not say m honest.
she relaxes watches some tv realxe and begin to talk
crystal light my life my long journey has begun nobody going stop me from being at my best just want be happy and enjoy life wish somebody give me a chance show them what I can do.

Grace walks into the restaurant wearing a very business casual outfit: skinny jeans, a white dress shirt, and a black jacket over the top. She still didn't trust this whole business about Crystal wanting her to work with her, maybe even owning a portion of the company, but she decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. Despite her best friend's worries. Despite David's concerns. He didn't want her to come in here today. He didn't trust Crystal in the slightest.
She walks over to where Crystal is.

crystal light smiles seeing her there she gets up gives her a big hug she sit back down and begin to talk.

Crystal Light we got waitess cashier door greeter but I see in more inportand role then busing tables aand being a cashier behind a table
she clears her throat and begin to talk to grace again.
Crystal light I want you ina management role along with me i know i can trust you and it going take u some time to trust me which understandable no fighting or anything we talk about everything together,sure there be no issues at all,
she clears her throat again and hands her a paper and begin to talk.
crystal light im having trouble running this place by myself need somebody to help me out please here is our hours n days we are open.

Grace looks over the paperwork.
Grace Hunter: I have no problem taking on a management role here, however any good manager knows especially in the early days of their company that they will be expected to take on the lesser jobs as well. I have no problem doing that as well while we go through the hiring process and the training process.
Grace looks up from the paperwork.
Grace Hunter: But what we need to discuss is exactly how many hours I'll be expected to be here in the restaurant a week. Are we talking about 40 hour work weeks? 50? 60? Opening to close, seven days a week? How many hours a day will I be looking at working ideally?

crystal light well we new but things are growing here id say about 40 hours 6 hours a day 6 days a week to start off Mondays off so we don't get over worked think that work fine for both of us sound all right.

Grace Hunter: That sounds reasonable. I just wanted to make sure you didn't intend on me being here 24/7 while you are off lying on a beach somewhere relaxing. As long as we are sharing equal the responsibilities, I'm fine with the schedule.
She turns her attention back to the papers.
Grace Hunter: This number here would be my pay correct?
She points to the number. Surprisingly the number was triple what someone would normally be paid just as Crystal had promised her.
Grace Hunter: Is there anything about the contract that you'd like to discuss before I sign it?

crystal light we spent so many years fighting all over the world over amercia Australia who better I can tell you this right now im so happy we can finally work together and put this hole feud issue behind us and move on and make this restaurant the best ever in the world im so looking foreward to this and who knows maybe make a chain.

Grace Hunter: Having specialty drinks and meals is good for business, but maybe we shouldn't automatically name them after ourselves. It just seems a little to much like we are begging for attention. That is has to be all about us. Do we really want that to be the first impression we give people?

Crystal Light oh that so right don't want that now I think about it for while we can be creative,yes we are very creative people we can come up with some creative names for our speciality drinks n meals that is differnet from the rest and new
Crystal Light and when we do then people wil want to ordor them from well u know what I mean we can name a few drink n foods with our creative minds since we just starting out.

Crystal light im doing all right on hiring process might need few waitresses waiters start out with don't want spread anyone to thin you know,seeing we brand new here of course never know how grand opening going to go

Grace Hunter: What about chefs? Have you manged to hire any kitchen staff yet? We should probably look into hiring someone special for the grand opening. Someone who specializes in outback type cuisine that you are looking to sell here. Someone who can teach our full time staff how to make the dishes to perfection.

Grace Hunter: You don't want multiple world class chefs in one kitchen. They would all be trying to boss each other around and stepping on each others toes. Not to mention the small fortune it would cost us to steal them away from their current employers. The whole system would fall apart. We just need to find one that is willing to teach our staff how to perfectly prepare all the dishes we want on our menu. We hire this chef to come in for like a week of intense training with our staff prior to opening and make sure he teaches them everything they need to know for us to succeed.
Grace looks around.
Grace Hunter: It's a very simple concept actually. Do you happen to have something I could drink? If we are going to be here awhile, I'd like to make sure I stay hydrated.

Grace Hunter: Visiting with culinary schools would be a good start, but you don't want current students. At least not for the lead roles in the kitchen. The lower roles like dish washer or someone to cut up the vegetables so the chef has them on hand when needed – sure those roles are great practice for students. But what you want to ask the teacher about is their recently graduated students. Find out which ones had the most potential. We would love to get people who had 15+ years experience, but since we are new and New York is huge, we might not be lucky enough to find someone like that willing to give us a shot. But if we give someone else THEIR start, they would more likely be loyal to us, stick with us, and work hard to prove themselves. They would be more willing to learn everything we need them to from our expert.

Crystal Light oh that is true if one thing us light's know about is being loyal don't want anyone learning what we can teach them and walking out on us going to comeption teaching them everything we taught them.

Grace tried to not roll her eyes at the loyalty comment. Her experience had shown that the Lights were hardly ever loyal, but she said nothing about it. She was attempting to give Crystal a fresh start so she let the comment go.
Grace Hunter: It's business 101 really.
Another sip of her water.
Grace Hunter: I've always had a head for business. Doesn't really matter whether if it was ensuring my clients had the very best deals and opportunities in the wrestling world, making sure my own future was secure, or helping run this place. I see opportunities, I go after them and 90% of the time, they work out in my favor. I'm lucky like that.
She smiles
Grace Hunter: So is there anything else you think we need to discuss? If not, I should probably make a call to Harley and David to let them know what's going on and let them know that you didn't just lure me down here to chop my body up into tiny little pieces.
